Our provision is delivered by qualified teachers with a wide range of experience in mainstream and special needs settings across Primary and Secondary key stages.
We specialise in working with a range of young people with autism, ADHD, PDA, Dyslexia, OCD, SEMH, Down Syndrome and other special educational needs.
We are ambitious and committed to ensuring all young people we work with achieve and fulfil their potential.
enrichment
We want to provide a safe space where young people can belong, build lasting friendships, make healthy choices and contribute to the wider community.
We offer a wide range of enrichment activities, trips and visits to encourage healthy and positive social interactions as well as improved communication and life skills.
All activities are individually risk assessed, and tailored to the needs of the individual and are linked where needed to educational outcomes.

Our offer
Grow Change Ltd works in partnership with other educational settings to provide bespoke enrichment, learning and mentoring interventions to young people aged 6–18ys who would benefit from alternative opportunities outside mainstream or specialist settings.
We accept referrals from educational bodies and local authorities for young people who have an EHCP or are being supported to access a bespoke package.
